Kevin Rose is an entrepreneur and investor who rose to prominence as a co-founder of the social news website Digg. Rose was born in Redondo Beach, California, on February 21, 1977. He graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a degree in economics in 1999.

Rose is a partner at Google Ventures, a venture capital firm that provides seed money and early stage funding to startups. He has also invested in companies such as Square, Foursquare, Path, and Rdio.
